BBC Two has announced plans for a second series of "Wild Life," the wildlife documentary featuring Welsh actress Joanna Page. The programme, which follows Page as she volunteers at an animal rescue centre in Surrey caring for foxes, badgers, owls, and hedgehogs, received positive feedback when it aired earlier this year.

Despite the channel’s order for additional episodes, the production of the new series has been temporarily postponed. Page revealed this update during a recent event in Somerset, stating that while a second series is intended, it has been put on hold.

There has been speculation that the delay may be related to Page’s possible involvement in the upcoming series of ITV’s "I’m A Celebrity," which could affect her availability. Regardless of the cause, Page is expected to continue her engagement with wildlife in the near future.
