CV-Library, a jobs and recruitment website, has pledged to donate up to £25,000 to Childline in recognition of the helpline’s 40th anniversary. The company announced it will contribute £1 to the NSPCC for every new candidate who registers their CV on the platform during October.

Childline, established in 1986, provides confidential support to children and young people, receiving contact from someone every 45 seconds. The service is operated by the NSPCC, a UK-based charity focused on child protection and welfare.

CV-Library has maintained a partnership with the NSPCC since 2022. Lee Biggins, the founder of CV-Library, said the initiative aims not only to aid vulnerable youth but also to address youth unemployment. “I’m proud to continue our partnership… helping young people in need and tackling the youth unemployment crisis at the same time,” he stated.

The donation campaign aligns with efforts to support Childline’s ongoing work responding to calls and messages from young people seeking help. By linking financial support to new registrations on its site, CV-Library hopes to raise awareness while assisting both youths in need of emotional support and those looking for employment opportunities.
