Johnny Depp is set to return to the big screen in a leading role as Ebenezer Scrooge in a new adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic novella, "A Christmas Carol," titled "Ebenezer." The film, scheduled for release on November 13, marks Depp’s first major starring role following his high-profile defamation lawsuit against his former wife Amber Heard, which he won in 2022.

The trailer for "Ebenezer" showcases Depp in traditional Victorian attire, complete with sideburns and a top hat, capturing the iconic look of the miserly Scrooge.
