Following his win, Trump indicated he planned to take a break from snooker, considering spending time on the golf course or exploring the city. “I don’t know what I’ll do. Maybe some golf, but I haven’t thought too far ahead. Maybe a bit of practising, maybe a bit of golf or just get out and see some of the sights of Shanghai,” he said.

The Shanghai Masters final is scheduled for the following day, with Trump preparing to face whichever player emerges victorious between Wilson and Zhao.
