The initiative, organized by the authority under Al-Sumait’s patronage, is part of Kuwait’s government Family Protection Program aimed at developing the skills and potential of minors under the authority’s care.

In remarks at the event, Al-Sumait highlighted the project’s role in offering young participants opportunities to gain practical experience and build confidence as they prepare for their professional futures. He credited the project’s success to the collaborative efforts of the authority and its partners, noting it is funded through a charitable endowments fund administered in accordance with donors’ wishes.

The program provided hands-on training and workplace exposure during the summer vacation to 344 young men and women.
