Since joining the party, Lewis has maintained a low profile while working closely with Reform UK leader Nigel Farage, with whom she reportedly first connected through Farage’s side activity on Cameo.

Between 2021 and 2026, Farage earned over £220,000 by providing personalized video messages through Cameo, including controversial content referencing pro-IRA slogans and support for individuals linked to violent disorder and far-right events. Following media scrutiny in March, Farage publicly stated he had “paused” his Cameo work for security reasons. Despite this, his association with Lewis appears to have strengthened.

Within Reform UK, Lewis operates under the party’s external affairs team, led by Matthew MacKinnon, and was notably active at the party’s conference in Birmingham earlier this month. While the event itself faced criticism for poor organization and limited access for investors, Lewis drew praise from one attendee as “the only, or one of the only people, who seems to have her head screwed on.”

Details about Lewis’s background and responsibilities remain scarce. She maintains a notably discreet public presence, lacking profiles on major social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, and her LinkedIn account appears to have been removed. Sources familiar with her role describe her as a crucial link between Reform’s leadership and prominent figures in the cryptocurrency sector, especially amid the party’s recent influx of substantial donations. Reform UK received two notable contributions of £36 million each from crypto billionaires Christopher Harborne and Ben Delo, marking a significant financial boost.

Observers note Lewis differs from previous aides who sought public attention. One business figure contrasted her with Dan Jukes, a former loyal aide to Farage who resigned after being filmed discussing potential campaign finance violations—claims denied by the party. The source described Lewis as “discreet” and “not flashy,” portraying her as a reliable figure entrusted with maintaining donor relations.

Earlier this year, Lewis featured in a public LinkedIn post alongside MacKinnon after hosting an event at Reform’s headquarters attended by Farage, deputy leader Richard Tice, Treasury spokesman Robert Jenrick, and representatives from the crypto lobbying group UK Cryptoasset Business Council. Following inquiries, Lewis’s name was removed from the post.

While Reform UK has declined to comment directly on Lewis’s role, stating they do not discuss staff matters, lobbyists acknowledge she plays a central role in the party’s strategic planning. According to one source, Lewis manages relationships with top donors, particularly from the technology and cryptocurrency fields, ensuring their continued financial support. Another insider has referred to Lewis as “the woman behind the millions,” though it is unclear whether she directly manages the party’s largest donor, Christopher Harborne, who has longstanding ties to Farage dating back to the Brexit Party’s inception in 2019.
