Pop star Katy Perry is planning a European tour this summer, with indications that she may incorporate her yacht travel into the itinerary, a source familiar with the matter said. Between scheduled performances, Perry is reportedly considering cruising to scenic destinations across the continent with her boyfriend, former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and potentially their children.
The couple previously gained widespread attention in October 2025 after photos of them embracing aboard Perry's yacht circulated widely. Perry owns the 78-foot vessel, named Caravelle, which was built in 1965 and accommodates up to eight guests along with three crew members. While she might opt to charter a different yacht once in Europe, the source suggested that using her own boat would offer greater privacy and comfort due to the presence of her personal staff.
Perry’s upcoming tour is set to commence Thursday in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The announcement comes shortly after the pair’s appearance at the Tribeca Festival in New York City, where Perry premiered her concert documentary, “Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour — Live From Paris.” Attendees noted that the couple appeared affectionate during the event, holding hands, hugging, and dancing together.
In interviews surrounding the premiere, Perry credited Trudeau with grounding her personally and emotionally. She described herself as someone who tends to “fly super high” but now feels more anchored, stating that meeting Trudeau contributed significantly to this sense of stability. “I’m very in love,” she said, reflecting on their relationship’s impact on her well-being.
Their relationship has been publicly visible since mid-2025. They were first spotted together in Montreal in July, sparking speculation, and later made their relationship official on social media in December during a trip to Tokyo.
The couple’s blended family includes Perry’s five-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, from her previous engagement to actor Orlando Bloom, and Trudeau’s three children—Hadrien, 12, Ella-Grace, 17, and Xavier, 18—from his marriage to Sophie Grégoire Trudeau. The planned yacht-based travel during the tour may offer the family a private way to spend time together amid their busy schedules.
