Kelly Osbourne has spoken openly about her ongoing recovery following significant weight loss after the death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July 2025 at the age of 76. In an interview with Hello! magazine, the 41-year-old described the challenges she faced both physically and emotionally during the grieving process.

Osbourne acknowledged that coping with public scrutiny of her appearance added difficulty to an already painful period. “How can you navigate something so cruel when you’re so sick?” she reflected, highlighting the harshness of external judgment during her vulnerable state. Despite these challenges, she emphasized that she is “getting a lot better” and has the necessary support to aid her healing.

She expressed gratitude for the “incredible team of people” assisting her and noted that grief can strain personal relationships, saying, “what you’ll find when you’re grieving is that people don’t know how to handle it, and you do lose a lot of friends. But the ones who stick around are the real ones.” Osbourne further discussed the importance of addressing mental health as a foundation for physical recovery, stating, “You’ve got to fix the head before you can fix the body... This is a lifetime of work I’ve got to do.”

Kelly Osbourne, known for her role on the reality television series "The Osbournes," has been candid about the lasting effects of grief and the ongoing efforts required to manage her health in its aftermath.
