Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has entered into a strategic partnership with Ordable/, an e-commerce and online ordering platform, to support the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kuwait. The collaboration aims to help local business owners enhance their online presence, streamline operations, and facilitate secure, flexible payment methods.

The announcement was made by Talal AlArbeed, Deputy General Manager of Cards at KFH, who emphasized the partnership’s role in advancing digital solutions tailored to the rapidly evolving business landscape. He highlighted that the initiative is part of KFH’s ongoing efforts to promote competitiveness among SMEs and expand the capabilities of its Zahab platform, a digital payment solution designed to simplify payment collection through payment links.

Through the partnership, customers will benefit from a 15 percent discount on their first-year subscription to Ordable/, which provides comprehensive tools such as integrated online stores, smart QR code menus, and advanced point-of-sale (POS) systems. These features aim to optimize order and payment management, helping merchants improve operational efficiency and adapt to changing market demands.

AlArbeed described the collaboration as a milestone in KFH’s vision to offer secure, cutting-edge digital services that support the growth and sustainability of local businesses. He also stressed the bank’s strategic commitment to fostering innovation within Kuwait’s business environment by leveraging technology partnerships that empower entrepreneurs and national institutions alike.

From Ordable/’s perspective, co-founders Mona Al-Baker and Salem Marafi expressed enthusiasm about the partnership’s potential to enable SMEs to establish and scale digital sales channels. Al-Baker noted that the collaboration provides intuitive solutions that allow business owners to streamline daily operations and focus on customer service and business expansion. Marafi added that Ordable/’s e-commerce and order management platform—including features tailored for restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets—aims to enhance the ordering experience and operational efficiency.

By integrating Ordable/’s capabilities with KFH’s Zahab service, the partnership seeks to widen access to e-commerce and electronic payments across Kuwait’s business sector, fostering scalable and sustainable growth for merchants.
