KUWAIT CITY — The Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) carried out an extensive inspection campaign on June 13 targeting industrial facilities and shops in the Jahra and Ahmadi governorates to enforce compliance with safety and fire prevention regulations.
According to an official statement, the operation identified numerous violations, prompting the administrative closure of 15 industrial establishments and retail outlets found to be in breach of mandated safety standards. Additionally, the KFF issued 346 warnings to other businesses that did not fully comply with the required fire safety measures.
The campaign aimed to enhance overall safety in these areas and reduce the risk of fire incidents by ensuring that all facilities adhere strictly to fire prevention protocols. The inspections were part of an ongoing effort by the Kuwait Fire Force to safeguard public and private properties and increase awareness of fire safety responsibilities among industrial and commercial operators.
Authorities emphasized their commitment to continue monitoring and taking necessary action against violations to protect communities and maintain adherence to safety regulations throughout Kuwait.
