The Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) recently conducted an inspection campaign resulting in the closure of 16 establishments in the Fahaheel Industrial Area, located within Ahmadi Governorate. The operations also included the issuance of 27 notices and two closure warnings to businesses found violating regulations, according to a statement released on Wednesday.
This campaign was carried out in cooperation with multiple government bodies, including the Ministries of Interior and Commerce and Industry, Kuwait Municipality, the Environment Public Authority, and the Technical Inspection Department. The coordinated effort aimed to enhance compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across industrial facilities in the region.
Officials emphasized that the inspections are part of ongoing efforts to identify and address violations promptly and to enforce legal actions where necessary. The Kuwait Fire Force indicated that it will maintain such coordinated inspection initiatives in partnership with relevant agencies to ensure the safety, regulatory compliance, and operational standards of establishments throughout the Ahmadi Governorate’s industrial zones.
