Kuwait expressed its condolences following the death of the former Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. On Wednesday, Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Hamad Al-Mashaan visited the Qatar Embassy in Kuwait to offer his sympathies and sign the condolence book.

In his message, Al-Mashaan extended deep condolences and sympathy to Qatar’s leadership, government, people, and the family of the late Amir. He prayed for mercy upon Sheikh Hamad and wished for him to be granted a place in Paradise. The ambassador also conveyed hopes for patience, comfort, and strength for the Qatari people and the Amir’s family during this period of mourning.

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani was a prominent figure in Qatar’s recent history, known for his leadership and efforts to elevate the country’s status regionally and internationally.
