Kuwait City — The price of Kuwaiti crude oil declined to $84.59 per barrel on Tuesday, a drop of $1.48 from the $86.07 per barrel recorded on Sunday, according to data released by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Wednesday. This decrease is part of a broader downward trend observed in global oil markets.
Brent crude, a key international benchmark, also fell, slipping 82 cents to settle at $77.08 per barrel. Similarly, West Texas Intermediate (WTI), the main marker for U.S. crude, decreased by 65 cents to $73.21 per barrel.
The declines come amid ongoing fluctuations in global oil demand and supply factors that continue to influence pricing dynamics. The KPC’s report reflects the current conditions affecting Kuwaiti oil prices as they remain sensitive to market movements worldwide.
