Real estate transactions in Kuwait reached approximately KD 106.3 million (about $350.7 million) during the week of June 7 to 11, according to data released Monday by the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department at the Ministry of Justice.

A total of 134 real estate contracts were registered during the period, with private housing transactions constituting the majority of activity. Private property deals accounted for 97 contracts valued at KD 80.2 million (around $264.6 million). Investment properties followed with 31 contracts worth KD 16.5 million (approximately $54 million). Commercial real estate transactions totaled three, with a combined value of KD 7 million (about $23.1 million). There was also one industrial property contract recorded at KD 700,000 (roughly $2.3 million), as well as one coastal strip property transaction valued at KD 1.6 million (around $5.2 million).

Regionally, the Capital Governorate registered nine private property transactions alongside one investment property deal. Hawally Governorate saw significant activity with 13 private housing contracts and 12 investment property transactions. Farwaniya Governorate recorded eight private housing contracts and one investment property deal. Meanwhile, Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate reported 12 private housing transactions, two investment property transactions, and the lone coastal strip property contract.

The statistics highlight sustained activity across various real estate sectors, underscoring the ongoing demand within Kuwait's property market during the early summer period.
