Kuwait’s Public Authority for Civil Aviation announced on Sunday the limited resumption of operations at Terminal 4 of Kuwait International Airport, allowing Gulf, Arab, and foreign airlines to restart flights through the terminal. The decision, made to support the continuity of airline services and maintain the flow of civil aviation traffic, reflects the authority’s commitment to serving travelers and facilitating travel options for both citizens and residents.

The authority indicated that it will coordinate directly with airlines interested in resuming operations at Terminal 4 to determine flight schedules. Passengers have been advised to stay informed about their flight statuses and to contact their respective airlines before traveling to the airport.

Officials emphasized that all measures related to safety, security, and operational efficiency will continue to be strictly enforced in collaboration with relevant organizations. The authority expressed its hopes for the continued well-being and safety of Kuwait’s citizens and residents.

Separately, Kuwait expressed support for the recent agreement reached between the United States and Iran, which includes a memorandum of understanding calling for an immediate and permanent halt to military actions, guarantees of freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, and the resolution of other outstanding issues.
