Kuwait University conducted its final academic aptitude tests for the third group of students on Saturday, marking the last opportunity for applicants to secure enrollment for the upcoming academic year. The examinations took place at Sabah Al-Salem University City and included assessments in English, Arabic, and mathematics.
The university also provided specialized exams tailored for students with disabilities. These assessments were administered through a combination of traditional paper-based methods and electronic systems, reflecting an integrated approach to testing.
In a move aimed at enhancing efficiency and organization, Kuwait University introduced a unified smart system employing QR codes to manage students’ entry to the exam halls. According to a university statement, the new system accelerated the admission process, improved attendance tracking, and contributed to the smooth operation of the exams.
The tests were conducted over two sessions: the first beginning at 9 a.m. and lasting two hours, followed by a second session starting at noon with the same duration. Comprehensive organizational and technical arrangements were implemented to ensure a conducive and orderly testing environment.
The university commended the efforts of its evaluation and measurement staff, examination supervisors, and support teams for their roles in facilitating the exams. These teams were instrumental in maintaining order and ensuring the assessments proceeded without significant issues.
