Jordanian volleyball club Al-Karmel has appointed Kuwaiti coach Salem Al-Saeedi as technical adviser to its volleyball team. The announcement was made on October 31 as part of the club’s broader efforts to enhance the sport’s development and improve the team’s competitive performance.
Al-Saeedi was selected due to his extensive coaching experience and successful track record in team building, player development, and nurturing young talent. The club highlighted his comprehensive technical program and strategic vision aimed at establishing a strong foundation for volleyball’s future at Al-Karmel.
The club’s board expressed confidence that Al-Saeedi’s expertise would contribute significantly to advancing the team’s goals. In response, Al-Saeedi thanked the board for their trust and stated his commitment to furthering the club’s volleyball initiatives and meeting its objectives.
Last season, Al-Karmel’s under-16 squad secured third place in the league, signaling promising youth prospects. Meanwhile, the senior team is preparing to begin its Cup competition, with a scheduled match against Al-Mahatta set for next Thursday.
