Leamington and Worcester City played to a 1-1 draw in their first competitive encounter in 11 years, in a closely contested match marked by strong defensive efforts and key scoring moments.

The match began with Worcester City applying early pressure, with Brandon Smalley narrowly missing a shot from close range. However, it was Leamington who struck first on 11 minutes. Captain Kyle Finn received a pass from Owen Farmer and executed a precise strike to the top right corner of the net, beating goalkeeper Mamadou Diallo.

Following the opening goal, Worcester City created several opportunities. Chris Wreh intercepted a Leamington defensive error and attempted a pass to Finn, but it was successfully cut out.
