The Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) of Qatar and the General Directorate of the French National Gendarmerie convened their first strategic meeting on internal security through a videoconference. This meeting formed part of the fourth round of the strategic dialogue between Qatar and France.

During the session, both parties examined opportunities to broaden their bilateral security cooperation. Discussions focused on future initiatives designed to bolster security readiness, reinforce measures aimed at preserving stability, and enhance capabilities to respond to emerging security threats.

The virtual meeting underscored the ongoing commitment of both nations to strengthening collaborative efforts in the area of internal security to address evolving challenges effectively.
