Michael Desronvil, the sole holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial that ended in a mistrial, is gradually returning to his regular routine. Desronvil, whose stance during deliberations gained widespread attention, plans to resume his day job next week after a period of personal reflection.

Edward Paltzik, Desronvil’s attorney, said the juror has been “laying low” since the trial concluded. During this time, Desronvil has focused on processing the experience, attending church regularly, and spending time with his girlfriend. Paltzik emphasized that while Desronvil eventually intends to share his perspective on the case, he currently has no immediate plans to speak publicly.

“The trial was intense and a lot to take in,” Paltzik said. “For now, he is looking forward to returning to normalcy.” Desronvil has also expressed gratitude to those who have supported him throughout the trial and afterward, including individuals who made donations in his name.
