Connor Robinson, an English rugby league player for Doncaster, has set a new world record by successfully kicking 52 consecutive goal conversions. This achievement surpasses the previous mark of 41, which was jointly held by three players, including former Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs forward Rhyse Martin.

Robinson, who competes in the Championships—the second tier below the Super League—revealed that he does not engage in any specific goal-kicking practice before games. Speaking to broadcaster Andrew Voss on SEN, he explained that he performs zero dedicated kicking drills and does not carry a kicking tee with him, leaving it at the stadium instead.

Doncaster is preparing to face the London Broncos in an upcoming finals match, with Robinson’s record-breaking form potentially playing a pivotal role in the contest. The new record highlights Robinson’s remarkable consistency and precision under match conditions, despite his unconventional approach to training.
