The celebration took place with the presence of prominent figures, including Mohammed bin Ali al-Athbah, president of the Central Municipal Council; Yusufali MA, chairman of LuLu Group; and Dr. Mohamed Althaf, LuLu Global Operations director and Chief Sustainability Officer.

The Happiness Loyalty Programme, which rewards frequent shoppers with benefits such as instant discounts, points accumulation on purchases, and exclusive member privileges, has played a key role in fostering customer loyalty and engagement. To commemorate the milestone, LuLu is offering special promotions exclusively for Happiness members across its stores in Qatar.

Yusufali MA highlighted the milestone as an indication of customer trust and loyalty toward the group. He stated that reaching one million members underscores LuLu's dedication to providing value, quality, and convenience to shoppers in Qatar. In addition to celebrating the loyalty program's growth, Yusufali announced expansion plans that include three new projects at Baraha Town, Al Waab, and Oateifan Island. Furthermore, he revealed that LuLu is preparing for a major upcoming project valued at QR500 million. These initiatives are intended to support the company’s commitment to Qatar’s retail sector and serve its expanding customer base.
