The achievement was celebrated recently in the presence of several dignitaries, including Mohammed bin Ali al-Athbah, president of the Central Municipal Council, Yusufali MA, chairman of LuLu Group, and Dr Mohamed Althaf, LuLu Global Operations director and Chief Sustainability Officer.
The Happiness Loyalty Programme aims to reward frequent shoppers with a variety of benefits such as instant discounts, loyalty points, and exclusive membership privileges. To commemorate reaching the one million member mark, LuLu is offering special promotions for loyalty programme participants at its Qatar stores.
Yusufali MA highlighted that the milestone reflects strong customer confidence and loyalty in LuLu’s offerings. He emphasized the company’s ongoing commitment to providing value, quality, and convenience to consumers throughout Qatar.
In addition to celebrating the loyalty programme’s success, Yusufali outlined the group’s expansion plans within Qatar. The company intends to launch three new projects located in Baraha Town, Al Waab, and Qetaifan Island. Furthermore, he disclosed the development of another major project valued at QR500 million, underscoring LuLu’s continued investment in the country’s retail sector and response to its growing customer base.
