Saudi mobility provider Lumi has been selected as the official transportation partner for two of Qiddiya City’s premier entertainment venues, Six Flags and Aquarobia Qiddiya City. The agreement, announced in June 2026, supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by establishing a reliable and integrated transportation system for visitors to the emerging capital of entertainment, sports, and culture.
This partnership represents an extension of Lumi’s growing role in Saudi Arabia’s entertainment and tourism sectors, contributing to the efficient movement of guests across major destination sites. As part of the collaboration, Lumi will feature its branding within the "Treasure Trail" attraction at Six Flags Qiddiya City, underscoring its commitment to enhancing land mobility infrastructure throughout the Kingdom.
Azfar Shakeel, CEO of Lumi, emphasized the company’s dedication to supporting national developmental initiatives, stating that the partnership plays a foundational role in Saudi Arabia’s future entertainment landscape. Shakeel highlighted the importance of delivering a seamless and high-quality travel experience to visitors at both Six Flags and Aquarobia.
Brian Machamer, park president of Six Flags and Aquarobia Qiddiya City, noted that the collaboration reflects a focus on the guest experience from initial trip planning through arrival. He described Lumi’s expertise and extensive operational footprint across Saudi Arabia as key factors in ensuring visitors can access the parks comfortably and confidently, maximizing their overall experience.
Six Flags Qiddiya City holds the distinction of being Saudi Arabia’s largest amusement park, featuring record-setting rides including "Falcons Flight," the world’s tallest, longest, and fastest roller coaster. Adjacent to it, Aquarobia Qiddiya City stands as the Kingdom’s first water theme park and the largest in the Middle East, boasting five world-record attractions such as the tallest water coaster and the longest mat blaster. The site is uniquely set within a wildlife park environment.
Situated in the Tuwaig mountains approximately 40 minutes from Riyadh, Qiddiya City is a giga-project under Saudi Vision 2030, designed as a comprehensive destination combining entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences. The city is envisioned as a vibrant community with residential areas and everyday amenities integrated alongside hundreds of attractions aimed at enhancing both lifestyle and tourism appeal.
