Block enjoys the community’s amenities, including a rooftop pool and convenient access to quality meals through onsite restaurants and room service. She describes luxury living as “being carefree,” emphasizing the building’s design, dining options, and a supportive environment that fosters independence.
Coterie Cathedral Hill, which opened four years ago, offers 208 units across 13 floors in the city’s Cathedral Hill neighborhood. Matthew Turner, general manager of the San Francisco location, notes that many residents have longstanding connections to the city and appreciate opportunities to remain engaged with their local environment.
On the East Coast, Coterie Hudson Yards in Midtown Manhattan launched in January 2023, featuring 126 residences designed to capture a distinct New York experience. Among residents is 83-year-old Mary Caplan, who values the location’s proximity to cultural venues, dining, and entertainment, as well as convenient transportation options for exploring the city with ease. The building includes amenities such as a wellness floor, beauty salon, movie theater, library, and cocktail bar.
