Madagascar’s President Colonel Michael Randrianirina met with Abdulsalam bin Mohammed al Murshidi, Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority (OIA), on Tuesday at the Iavoloha Palace in Antananarivo. The meeting was part of al Murshidi’s visit to Madagascar aimed at exploring opportunities for economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.

During the discussions, both officials reviewed prospects for collaboration across various sectors, emphasizing their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations. They highlighted efforts to expand cooperation and identified areas where mutual interests could be served through increased economic partnership.

The meeting underscored the shared interest of both Madagascar and Oman leaderships in deepening ties and fostering broader engagement in economic development initiatives.
