FRESNO, Calif. — A man was apprehended after being caught on surveillance video filming up a woman’s skirt at a grocery store in Fresno over the weekend. The incident occurred near the intersection of Peach and Belmont avenues around midday on July 4.

According to the footage, the suspect followed the woman through the store, moving from the refrigerated section to an aisle in the middle of the store. During the encounter, he was seen holding a phone and appearing to discreetly record beneath the woman’s clothing.

Authorities have not released the identity of the man or detailed information about any charges filed. The incident remains under investigation as officials review the video to determine further actions. Store management has not commented publicly on the matter.
