A 20-year-old man from Attleborough, Norfolk, has been disqualified from driving for 18 months after reaching a speed of 139 mph while attempting to evade police. Morgan Sapsford-Howard was stopped following an incident on the A11 near Thetford.

Norfolk Police reported that Sapsford-Howard turned off his vehicle’s lights during the pursuit in an effort to avoid detection. Authorities arrested him eight days after the incident involving the red Ford Fiesta.
