Maravilla Scottsdale has completed its latest expansion, introducing two new residential options alongside enhanced amenities for its senior living community. Located at 7325 E. Princess Boulevard in Scottsdale, Arizona, the development adds Casita and Lodge residences, ranging from one-bedroom layouts to larger two-bedroom homes with dens, all featuring upscale finishes and designs tailored to meet diverse resident preferences.
The Casita residences span between 1,803 and 2,187 square feet and include two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a den. The Lodges offer units from 903 square feet for one-bedroom, one-bathroom spaces up to 2,282 square feet for two-bedroom residences with two-and-a-half baths and dens. Many of these new homes provide scenic views overlooking a championship golf course and adjacent resort areas.
In addition to the residential expansion, Maravilla Scottsdale unveiled new community amenities. A restaurant named Fore now serves residents with views of the golf course, complementing the community’s dining options. Residents also have access to a new outdoor pool, a juice bar, and a golf simulator, enhancing recreational and social opportunities.
Sandra Dangelo, executive director of Maravilla Scottsdale, highlighted the strong demand for the new residences, emphasizing fast sales and robust deposit activity. She anticipates that the new units will be fully reserved by the end of the year, noting the rarity of newly constructed homes in the senior living market as a contributing factor to demand.
Maravilla Scottsdale also continues to implement its Fountain of You program, which tailors activities and experiences around residents’ personal interests and hobbies. This personalized approach aims to foster meaningful connections and a sense of community among residents, moving away from traditional, generic programming.
