International music icon Mariah Carey is scheduled to perform a festive concert at Etihad Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi on December 12, 2026. The event is part of Carey’s "Christmastime" show, which showcases her well-known holiday repertoire and aims to bring seasonal cheer to audiences in the United Arab Emirates.

Carey, a five-time Grammy Award winner, has become synonymous with Christmas music largely due to her 1994 hit "All I Want for Christmas Is You," a song that has maintained its popularity for more than 30 years. Alongside her holiday classics, Carey’s career spans over three decades with numerous chart-topping hits such as "Hero," "Fantasy," and "We Belong Together." In recognition of her impact on contemporary pop and R&B, she was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2022.

Tickets for the concert will be available starting at 249 dirhams, providing fans in the region an opportunity to experience one of the world’s most renowned vocalists live. The event is organized through a collaboration between Theory Eleven Entertainment, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, and Miral, contributing to Abu Dhabi’s expanding year-end cultural and entertainment offerings.

The performance is expected to enhance the festive atmosphere in the UAE capital and further establish Yas Island as a prominent destination for international entertainment events during the holiday season.
