Actress Meg Ryan has sold her estate in Bridgehampton, New York, for $15.25 million, according to sources familiar with the transaction. The buyer is Broadway producer Henry Tisch, a member of the prominent Tisch family known for building the Loews Corp. conglomerate and co-owning the New York Giants.

The property, situated on a secluded 1.5-acre lot roughly two miles from the ocean, features approximately 6,500 square feet of living space. Designed by architect Kitty McCoy in the traditional Hamptons style, the five-bedroom home includes expansive entertaining areas, multiple fireplaces, a large kitchen with a breakfast booth, and an outdoor pool. It is located about half a mile from a larger estate owned by Henry Tisch’s father, Jonathan Tisch, co-chairman of Loews, according to property records.

Ryan had acquired the estate in 2024 for $13.49 million and listed it for sale in May of this year. Real estate agents involved in the deal included Evan R. Kulman of Compass representing Ryan, while Douglas Elliman agents Paul Brennan and Martha Gundersen represented Tisch. Representatives for both parties did not provide comments.

Henry Tisch is known for producing Broadway shows such as the upcoming “Galileo” and the revival of “The Picture of Dorian Gray” starring Sarah Snook. The sale highlights the appeal of Bridgehampton’s luxury real estate market, which has attracted numerous celebrities including Madonna and Sarah Jessica Parker. According to real estate brokerage Redfin, the median home price in Bridgehampton for the three months ending in August rose 31.8% from the previous year, reaching $2.7 million.

Meg Ryan, widely recognized for her roles in romantic comedies like “Sleepless in Seattle,” “When Harry Met Sally…” and “You’ve Got Mail,” has recently expanded her career to directing and starring, her latest film being “What Happens Later,” co-starring David Duchovny.
