Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, has described motherhood as her greatest superpower, saying it gives her strength and courage. During a recent virtual question-and-answer session with children, she spoke about how her daughter, Princess Lilibet, inspires her bravery on a daily basis.

The duchess, 45, who shares children Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie with her husband Harry, was asked what her superpower is. She responded by saying it is "being a mum," highlighting the challenges and rewards of balancing parenting responsibilities. Meghan added that juggling various demands requires both grace and determination.

When another child inquired about what helps her feel brave, Meghan explained that she draws inspiration from her daughter, saying, “Every day, when I feel a little bit like, ‘Oh gosh, can I do this?’ I go, ‘Lili would do it.’”

The discussion coincided with the upcoming release of a documentary titled *Cookie Queens*, which tells the coming-of-age story of Girl Scouts selling biscuits. This film premiered earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah, where Meghan also delivered a speech.

*Cookie Queens* was produced through a collaboration involving Archewell Productions, the media company founded by Harry and Meghan in 2020, Beautiful Stories, and AJNA Films. Archewell has an ongoing partnership with Netflix and has produced a variety of content since its establishment.

Earlier this year, the Sussexes shared several family photographs, including one celebrating Princess Lilibet’s fifth birthday in June. Meghan posted the image on social media with the caption, “Our dream girl. Happy 5th birthday, Lili.”
