The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has introduced a new sparkling wine priced at £66 as part of her As Ever brand, marking what she described as a "new chapter." The Napa Valley Reserve Brut, produced using traditional methods, was announced in a post on Meghan’s Instagram account. It is characterized as an "elegant sparkling wine" featuring subtle flavors of green apple, pear, and citrus.

As Ever, which previously offered a Napa Valley rosé and a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, each retailing at £26, is expanding its portfolio with the addition of this higher-end bubbly. The new sparkling wine will be available for purchase starting September 3. Meghan has expressed aspirations to grow As Ever into a broader lifestyle brand encompassing more products beyond wine.

The introduction of this product follows some criticism directed at the brand, with some commentators suggesting that similar wines are available at lower price points elsewhere. Despite these critiques, the Duchess continues to position her offerings as premium choices designed for celebration and special occasions.
