The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan, is reportedly set to return to Australian television as the host of the upcoming season of Junior MasterChef Australia. Sources indicate that she will spend several weeks in Melbourne during early to mid-2027 to film the children’s cooking competition series, which is making a comeback after a six-year hiatus.

Meghan, 45, previously made a guest appearance on MasterChef Australia earlier this year, and her new role is expected to be more prominent. She is anticipated to co-host alongside Poh Ling Yeow, a regular judge on the adult version of MasterChef Australia. The production is said to be planning a significant shoot in Victoria, suggesting Meghan may temporarily relocate there for the duration.

It has been suggested that Prince Harry and the couple’s two children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, might accompany Meghan to Australia during the filming period, although no official confirmation has been provided on their travel plans.

The Sussexes recently moved from the United States back to the United Kingdom and appear to be adopting a more international lifestyle. Reports have indicated that the couple aims to maintain flexibility in their locations, with Australia reportedly among the countries under consideration for extended stays.

Requests for comment from the Duchess and her representatives have not been responded to.
