Actress Millie Bobby Brown recently shared an anecdote about her pet billy goat, Eminem, which has been responsible for impregnating multiple animals on her farm. The 22-year-old star of the television series Stranger Things discussed the situation during an appearance on a podcast hosted by the Jonas Brothers.
Brown explained that Eminem’s prolific breeding led her to have the goat neutered to prevent further pregnancies among the farm animals. “He’s had to go and get the snip because everyone’s pregnant because of him,” she said.
The actress, who resides on a farm in rural Georgia, also spoke about the extensive number of animals she cares for. She estimated that her collection of farm animals likely exceeds 60 and includes goats, pigs, cows, horses, ponies, donkeys, and chickens. Additionally, she has a variety of pets at home, including six cats and 10 dogs. Brown also fosters about 20 pit bulls, personally vaccinating and microchipping them.
Beyond managing her diverse group of animals, Brown revealed that baby farm animals often start out inside her home, where she bottle-feeds them. She recounted that it is common for her to share a bed with sheep or dogs during these early stages, highlighting her hands-on approach to animal care.
Brown’s comments offer insight into her life outside of acting, where she dedicates considerable time and effort to maintaining a large and varied animal sanctuary.
