KUWAIT CITY — The Ministry of Communications in Kuwait has launched its official mobile application, named MOC_APP, as part of its broader digital transformation initiative aimed at expanding electronic government services. The app became available for download on both the App Store and Google Play on July 21, 2026, providing citizens and residents with secure and convenient access to a variety of communication-related services anytime and anywhere.
The new platform offers numerous features designed to streamline user interactions with the ministry’s services. Key functionalities include electronic bill payments, account statement inquiries, and the issuance of clearance certificates. Subscribers can also view details of international calls, apply for new telephone lines, and request the transfer of telephone services locally or internationally.
In addition, the app allows users to temporarily suspend or reactivate their services and modify their subscriptions. Other options include activating or deactivating supplementary features such as international calling, caller ID, call forwarding, call waiting, three-way calling, and various related services.
The Ministry of Communications has encouraged all users to download the app and take advantage of its digital offerings, which are intended to enhance service quality, facilitate transactions, and improve overall user experience. These efforts align with Kuwait’s broader goals for digital transformation and the modernization of its public service infrastructure.
