The Ministry of Islamic Affairs in Kuwait has scheduled written examinations for the positions of Imams and Muezzins in mosques across the country. The exam for Imams is set to take place on Tuesday, October 6, followed by the Muezzins’ exam on Wednesday, October 7. Both exams will commence at 3:30 p.m. at the Sayyid Yaqoub Al-Rifai Mosque, commonly referred to as the Ministry Mosque.
Applicants are required to bring their civil identification cards to the examination site. The ministry has specified that all answers must be written using blue ink. Candidates arriving more than 30 minutes after the start time will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.
To maintain exam integrity, all mobile phones must be switched off during the tests, and personal study materials or books are strictly prohibited inside the hall. The Ministry of Islamic Affairs emphasized adherence to these regulations to ensure a smooth and fair assessment process.
