Mitch Hahn has resigned from his position as manager of Grays Athletic after overseeing 12 league matches in the current season. Hahn, who previously served as an assistant manager and was once a popular player for the club, took charge of the Isthmian North Division side over the summer.
The departure comes in the wake of a difficult period for Grays Athletic, which has seen the team suffer seven consecutive defeats. Hahn and his assistant, Ash Miller, both stepped down amid the run of poor results.
In a statement, Hahn emphasized that his decision to leave was not due to a lack of commitment or affection for the club, suggesting other factors influenced his choice. The club now faces the challenge of identifying new leadership as it seeks to reverse its recent form in the league.
