Lindsay Clancy appeared visibly emotional during a court hearing Thursday as a medical examiner detailed the findings from the autopsy on her 8-month-old son. Dr. Kimberly Springer testified about the examination she conducted on Callan Clancy, providing key evidence in the case against the Massachusetts mother.

Clancy faces charges in connection with the deaths of her three children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, who prosecutors say were strangled with exercise bands at the family’s home in Duxbury in 2023. According to court testimony, following the alleged killings, Clancy inflicted self-harm by slitting her wrists and neck before jumping from a second-story window.

During the morning session, Dr. Springer was questioned for approximately 20 minutes about the autopsy results. Throughout the testimony, Lindsay Clancy was heard sobbing softly, prompting Judge William Sullivan to call a recess as emotions ran high in the courtroom.
