Msheireb Properties is the developer behind Msheireb Downtown Doha, which is recognized as the world’s first sustainably regenerated downtown area. The adoption of Gemini Enterprise will enable the company to optimize how it manages and accesses information related to its expansive portfolio of assets. Using AI-powered search, retrieval, and agentic technologies, the system is expected to improve data interaction across architectural plans, maintenance records, and operational documents.
Through this partnership, Msheireb Properties, Mannai InfoTech, and Google Cloud will jointly explore and deploy AI applications aimed at boosting operational efficiency and enhancing experiences for employees, stakeholders, and tenants. The initiative also seeks to open new avenues for intelligent city management aligned with sustainability principles.
