He sought clarification on whether formal coordination mechanisms or joint committees are in place to delineate responsibilities and tackle municipal service challenges in industrial and craft areas.

Furthermore, he inquired whether a comprehensive assessment of municipal services and infrastructure had been conducted collaboratively by the Municipality and PAI to ensure adequate maintenance and service standards.
