Additional testimonies have been collected from members of the ministry’s Procurement Board, the Muda Agricultural Development Authority (Mada) Tender Evaluation Committee, PPK managers, fertiliser recipients, Mada staff, and employees from companies such as TaaVeeKun Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, Sinergi Perdana Sdn Bhd, and Permodalan Risda Bhd.

The MACC maintains that all investigations will continue in accordance with established legal processes, with no impact from Najib’s conditional pardon on active cases.
