Notably, EcoWorld Malaysia acquired 1,195 acres in Port Dickson in September 2025 and is collaborating with SD Guthrie Bhd and Negri Sembilan Corp to develop the land into Eco Business Park 7, a project expected to support the expanding industrial ecosystem.
