In the Eastern Counties League, Haverhill Rovers secured progression to the second round of the FA Vase after a narrow 5-4 victory at home against Premier Division rivals Ely City. Luke Lindsay and Jarid Robson both scored twice for the hosts. Wisbech Town also advanced comfortably, winning 4-0 against Walsham-le-Willows, with Ryan Lennon contributing two goals alongside Charlie Pywell and Tiernan Adelu. Within the Spartan South Midlands League, Wormley Rovers completed a dramatic comeback to advance in the FA Vase.
