A creative gallery space dedicated to local artists has reopened in downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina. Concourse 107, a community-focused art venue originally located downtown until its closure in 2019, relaunched this September with a new physical gallery on Fayetteville’s main street.

Following a period as an online marketplace, the gallery’s revival was led by local artists Reddick Mack II and James Wilson, who held a soft opening at the new location to reintroduce the space. Since reopening, Concourse 107 has hosted its first exhibition, “26:26: 26 Artists & 26 Days of Creativity,” organized by Fayetteville’s Black Artist Forward coalition. The exhibition highlights the work of 26 artists over the course of 26 days, showcasing a range of creative perspectives from the region.

Wilson and Mack plan a formal grand opening event scheduled for October 15. They indicated that the gallery’s programming and offerings will greatly expand following the official launch, emphasizing Concourse 107’s mission to serve as a creative hub “for artists, by artists.”

The reopening marks a renewed commitment to supporting Fayetteville’s artistic community through a physical venue that fosters collaboration and visibility for local creators.
