UK-based technology company Nothing has launched its latest smartphone, the Phone (4b), offering a range of advanced features at a mid-range price of £299. The new device aims to provide consumers with a high-quality experience without the premium cost typically associated with flagship models.

One of the Phone (4b)’s standout attributes is the inclusion of Nothing’s signature Glyph Bar, which consists of 45 individually controlled mini LEDs embedded on the rear of the phone. The Glyph Bar is designed to display notifications, charging status, and alerts, enabling users to quickly receive information without needing to constantly check the 6.77-inch Super AMOLED display.

The screen itself boasts a 120Hz refresh rate, enhancing smoothness for scrolling, gaming, and general use. The handset is equipped with a dual-camera setup on the back, featuring a 50-megapixel main sensor alongside an ultra-wide lens. The cameras are optimized to capture sharp detail and natural colors, while 4K video recording capabilities are supported by AI-powered anti-shake technology intended to minimize camera shake during filming.

The Phone (4b) operates on the Android platform customized with Nothing’s own user interface, which is free of pre-installed bloatware and unnecessary applications.
