Arba Credit Investors IIIF L.P. has announced a public auction for an Embraer EMB-135BJ aircraft, scheduled for July 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The sale will take place at TOGS Aircraft’s storage facility, located at 5101 Airport Road, Gary, Indiana.
The auction is being conducted in accordance with Section 9-610 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted under New York law, following a security agreement dated April 12, 2022, between AC Aviation LLC and Arba Credit Investors IIIF L.P., under which the latter holds a security interest in the aircraft and related assets.
The asset up for sale includes the Embraer model EMB-135BJ with manufacturer’s serial number 14501014-FAA and U.S. registration number N424CT. Along with the aircraft, the sale encompasses two Rolls Royce AE 3007A1E engines (serial numbers CAE313021 and CAE313025), a Hamilton Sundstrand APS 500R T-62T-40C14 auxiliary power unit (serial number SP-E0714949), as well as all installed avionics, equipment, parts, and associated logs and records currently in the Seller’s possession.
The sale will be conducted on an “as is, where is” basis with no expressed or implied warranties on merchantability, ownership, fitness, value, or quality. The Seller retains the right to amend terms or impose additional conditions prior to the auction and may reject bids or continue the sale at its discretion. Bids may be submitted in writing before the date of sale and will be considered alongside bids received during the auction.
Arba Credit Investors reserves the right to bid on the assets themselves and may apply existing indebtedness owed under the loan documents to satisfy the purchase price. The successful bidder must provide a 15% deposit in cash, certified, or cashier’s check at the auction and complete the remaining payment within five business days. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the possibility of sale to the next highest bidder.
Interested parties can request inspections of the aircraft and related materials by contacting Sage-Popovich, Inc., the mandated agent overseeing the auction. All inquiries and requests for information will be subject to confidentiality agreements and verification of the requesting party’s identity. Inspections will be conducted at the storage location in Gary, Indiana.
