OGX Group Bhd has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, OGX Networks Sdn Bhd, has been appointed as an authorized distributor for enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) platform solutions from Axtraction AI Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. The partnership aims to facilitate the distribution of Axtraction AI’s core offerings, which help organizations analyze enterprise data, streamline operations, and support faster, data-driven decision-making.
This collaboration marks an expansion of OGX's technology portfolio, complementing its existing capabilities in network services, cybersecurity, and enterprise data centers. The integration of enterprise AI solutions is expected to enhance OGX’s support for customers seeking improved workflow efficiency, greater operational visibility, and more informed decisions amid the growing trend of digital transformation and AI adoption across industries.
Tan Suan Loong, executive director of OGX, highlighted the significance of the partnership in meeting evolving enterprise demands. He noted that as organizations increasingly deploy enterprise-grade AI to optimize workflows and decision-making, the collaboration with Axtraction AI will strengthen OGX’s ability to provide AI tools designed for complex business environments.
Financially, OGX reported a net profit of RM23.15 million for its fiscal year ended May 31, 2026 (FY26), up from RM15.31 million the previous year. Revenue also rose significantly to RM284.67 million from RM176.31 million during the same period.
In its FY26 results filing, OGX expressed a positive outlook for the IT infrastructure solutions sector in Malaysia. The company cited drivers such as rising organizational digital adoption, increasing demand for cybersecurity solutions to counter threats related to the digitization of IT infrastructure, and supportive regulatory and government initiatives aimed at promoting digital transformation.
OGX management conveyed optimism that the group’s planned strategic expansions, including the intended use of initial public offering proceeds, would enable it to leverage growth opportunities within the Malaysian IT infrastructure solutions market, contributing positively to its medium- and long-term financial performance.
