The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) is set to host the Omani-Tunisian Business Forum on June 17 in Muscat, bringing together business owners, officials, and representatives from companies and economic institutions of both nations. The event underscores ongoing efforts to deepen economic, trade, and investment ties between Oman and the Republic of Tunisia.

The forum aims to foster greater collaboration between the private sectors of the two countries. Participants will have the opportunity to explore investment prospects and discuss the formation of partnerships and joint ventures designed to enhance trade relations and promote economic integration. Key areas of focus will include sectors with strong potential for mutual benefit, such as food industries, renewable energy, textiles, and agriculture.

Bilateral meetings will be held during the forum, enabling companies and institutions from both sides to engage in direct discussions on cooperation opportunities and share expertise. Faisal bin Abdullah al Rawas, Chairman of OCCI, emphasized that the event reflects the chamber’s commitment to advancing economic cooperation with international partners.

The forum represents a strategic platform aimed at expanding private sector engagement and facilitating sustainable economic growth through cross-border collaboration between Oman and Tunisia.
