Australian OnlyFans creator Annie Knight has married her partner, Henry Brayshaw, without a prenuptial agreement, citing the high cost and complexity of the process. The 29-year-old influencer, who reportedly earns around $200,000 per month from her content, tied the knot on October 1 in a ceremony costing approximately $180,000.
Despite their significant financial stakes, Knight and Brayshaw chose to forgo a prenup after consulting with two different lawyers. Knight explained that while the couple initially intended to formalise their financial arrangements before marriage, the expense and intricacies involved led them to delay the decision.
“We had every intention of doing it, and we’d had many conversations about it,” Knight said, noting the sensitivity of discussing such legal matters early in the relationship. She also acknowledged the difficulty of addressing separation scenarios, adding, “Obviously, it’s a difficult conversation to have because we never want to be in a position where we’re getting divorced.”
The couple indicated plans to pursue a binding financial agreement in the future, with Knight mentioning they hope to revisit the issue “next year” once their schedule allows for more focused attention on legal arrangements. The decision reflects a cautious approach to balancing financial security with the realities of relationship dynamics and the demands of their personal and professional lives.
